Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, crab meat, garlic, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. 2. Take a dumpling wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center. 3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half, and pinch to seal, ensuring no air is trapped inside. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil. 5. Place the gyoza in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. 6. Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes until the wrappers are cooked through. 7. Serve hot with a soy sauce and vinegar dipping sauce.
