Creamy Chicken and Spinach Potato Bake

A comforting one-pan dish featuring tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and vibrant spinach, all baked with creamy potatoes for a satisfying meal.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. 3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 4. Add mushrooms and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts. 5. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom. 6. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture over the potatoes. 7. Drizzle cream evenly over the top and season with additional salt and pepper. 8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. 9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden. 10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
