1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. 4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. 5. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. 6.
