Hungarian Goulash Macaroni

Steps

1. Heat oil in a small pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent. 2. Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides. 3. Stir in paprika and caraway seeds, cooking for 1 minute to release flavors. 4. Add tomato paste and beef broth, bring to a simmer. 5. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes until beef is tender. 6. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 7. Once beef is tender and sauce has thickened, season with salt and pepper. 8. Mix in the cooked macaroni with the goulash sauce. 9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
