Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Breast

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. 3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. 4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 5. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
