Steps

1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, making sure it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. 4. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown. 5. Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 6. Serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
