Mango Chicken Stir-Fry

This easy Mango Chicken Stir-Fry is a delicious holiday meal. With sweet mango and savory chicken, you can't go wrong!

Steps

1. Slice boneless, skinless chicken into thin strips. 2. Peel and dice the mango into cubes. 3. Mince garlic and add it to a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil. 4. Add chicken strips to the pan and cook until golden and cooked through. 5. Add diced mango and cook for another 2 minutes. 6. In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce and honey. 7. Pour sauce into pan with chicken and mango. 8. Serve over cooked rice.
