Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. 4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 5. Add crumbled paneer, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well. 6. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into squares. 7. Spoon the paneer mixture onto half of each square. 8. Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork. 9. Place the puffs on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
