Steps

1. Bring the water to a boil in a small pot. 2. Remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus petals. 3. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on desired strength. 4. Strain the tea into a cup. 5. Add honey or sugar to taste, and stir well. 6. Optionally, add a slice of lemon for extra flavor. 7. Serve hot or let cool and serve over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
