Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the brewed black tea, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. 5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 6. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro, if desired.
