Spicy Chicken and Pepper Stir-Fry

A delicious and fiery stir-fry dish made with tender chicken and vibrant peppers. This easy-to-make recipe is packed with flavor and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Steps: 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. 2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside. 5. In the same wok, add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 6. Return the chicken to the wok and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables. 7. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
