Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). 3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. 5. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. 6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if using. 7.
