Spicy Korean Pork Bulgogi

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade. 2. Add the thinly sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork. 4. Stir-fry the pork for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and caramelized. 5. Serve the bulgogi over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Wrap in lettuce leaves if desired.
