Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add sliced onion and red bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes.
6. Add sliced mango and the sauce mixture to the pan, stir gently and cook for another 2 minutes to warm the mango and combine flavors.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
