1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. 4. Add the sundried tomatoes and olives and cook until the chicken is cooked through. 5. Transfer the contents to an oven safe dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. 6. Serve warm with a side of your favorite vegetables.
