Steps

1. Rinse clams under cold water to remove any sand. 2. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 4. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. 5. Add the clams to the skillet, cover with a lid, and steam for 5-7 minutes, or until all clams have opened. 6. Discard any unopened clams. 7.
