Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
5. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, drizzle honey over the chicken and let it glaze.
6. Remove chicken and keep warm.
7. In the same skillet, add apple slices and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
8. In a separate pan, cook the egg to your preference (fried or poached recommended).
9. Plate the chicken, top with sautéed apples and place the egg on the side.
10. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
