Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. 2. Add warm water and melted butter, then stir until a dough forms. 3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. 4. Shape the dough into a small log and cut into 3 equal pieces. 5. Roll each piece into a thin breadstick shape. 6. Place breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 7. Let dough rest for 10 minutes to rise slightly. 8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 9. Mix minced garlic with a little melted butter and brush over breadsticks. 10. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on top. 11. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. 12. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
