Garlic Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in feta cheese. 4. Carefully slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket without cutting all the way through. 5. Stuff the chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed. 6. Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano. 7. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear. 8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
