Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
2. Rub the tilapia fillet evenly with the minced garlic, then coat it with the spice mixture.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the tilapia for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillet.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
