Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the halibut fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
5. Grill the halibut fillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
7. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
