Steps
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss well. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread marinated beef pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
5. Grill kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
6. Warm the hummus slightly in a bowl.
7. Serve the beef kebabs with a dollop of hummus, a squeeze of lemon, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
