Steps of Preparation: 1. Heat olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. 2. Add onions and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add potatoes and carrots and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until the beef is cooked through. 5. Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, parsley, and paprika and stir to combine. 6. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. 7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened. 8. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. 9. Serve in a bowl with your favorite sides.
