Spiced Meat-Stuffed Rice Balls

Steps

1. In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. 2. Add ground meat, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper; cook until meat is browned and cooked through. 3. Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat; let cool slightly. 4. Mix the cooked rice with half of the beaten egg. 5. Take a small handful of rice and flatten it in your palm. 6. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center and mold the rice around it to form a ball. 7. Dip each ball into the remaining beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat. 8. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. 9. Fry rice balls until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. 10. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
