Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. 4. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer. 5.
