Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Steps

- Heat large skillet on medium heat. - Add butter and heat until it melts. - Place both slices of bread on the skillet. - Spread the crumbled feta cheese, roasted red peppers and caramelized onions onto one slice of bread. - Place the other slice of bread on top. - Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil on top of the sandwich. - Press down lightly with spatula. - Flip the sandwich when golden and cook for an additional 2 minutes. - Serve hot with favorite condiments.
