Pepperoni and Black Olive Pizza

A classic homemade pizza topped with spicy pepperoni slices and savory black olives, baked to perfection with a crispy crust and melted cheese.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 20cm diameter. 3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. 5. Arrange the pepperoni slices and black olive slices evenly on top. 6. Sprinkle dried oregano and a pinch of salt over the toppings. 7. Drizzle olive oil lightly over the pizza. 8. Place the pizza on a baking tray or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
