Steps

1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, honey, and melted butter. 3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir in chopped walnuts. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or oil. 5. Pour batter into small rounds, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. 6. Serve warm with extra honey or fresh fruit if desired.
