1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, honey, and melted butter. 3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir in chopped walnuts. 4. Serve warm with extra honey or fresh fruit if desired.
